The designer assigned to this order is particularly careful with costing so I’m not worried about the value being under, but the size appears off because the stems are packed in tightly. (Remember though, photos only show one side, there’s more going on in the back we can’t see). It looks like we tightened the design too much, and didn’t display all the flowers as nicely as you see in the catalogue.

My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement she received and it included about 1/2 of the volume of the photo that inspired me to order something at this price point. I wish you would rephrase your remarks and make it more clear you had “pushed” us to do something we were very uncomfortable with, and we had carefully explained that to you on the front side. This hurts reading your critique, and it’s not a fair assessment of who we are, especially since we accepted your order reluctantly and because you insisted so. We had explained to you we have no experience with this type of styling, but despite our comments you still sent us an order with the exact same requirements you expressed on the phone. Nature is in charge, and we do our best to select and fashion our ingredients to order specification. I approved the pallet, and to me it was a “light” in character. As you know, this issue (color) is a very subjective subject, and we disclaim this on our website.
Meanwhile, I’m very disappointed with your performance assessment based on “color not being “light” enough and the poor score.
